Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Teresa for being such a joy to work with. She came recommended from a friend. She kept us upto date on everything, was always available and never made us wait. Other agents we dealt with would call or email us after 2 days or more, but, even on a public holiday Teresa answered her phone and was more than happy to discuss our concerns and thoughts.
