Dearest Teresa What can we say? Thank you just isn't enough for what you did for us. You took us on at our most stressful time. You explained everything until we understood it. The whole process really was stress free with you. Our tears became smiles & laughter, thank you for that.   Somehow you managed to take on our troubles from a previous agent & just like magic you fixed everything. Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Teresa for being such a joy to work with. She came recommended from a friend. She kept us upto date on everything, was always available and never made us wait. Other agents we dealt with would call or email us after 2 days or more, but, even on a public holiday Teresa answered her phone and was more than happy to discuss our concerns and thoughts. She has a bright and bubbly personality, very easy to get along with, and most important, she doesn't pretend to be someone she is not, what you see is what you get, and we like that.
